Job Description• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the technology team. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather functional and non-functional requirements. • Prepare detailed documentation, including business cases, workflows, and system designs. • Support project teams in the development, testing, and implementation phases. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. • Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues. • Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
