• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall. • Excellent communication, documentation, and PowerPoint presentation skills with consulting-level stakeholder engagement capabilities. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macros and process automation. • Hands-on experience with Confluence, Jira, and Power BI. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
