This is a 6-months contract role with Optimum Solutions • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM • Fieldwork: May be required for roadshows, events, or weekend shifts when needed • Overtime: Only if required Why Join Us: • Clear, transparent and attractive commission structure • Opportunity to upsell high-demand EV and premium models • Training provided on automotive knowledge & sales techniques • Be part of a market-leading brand with strong customer flow What You Will Do: • Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting Rentals customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, preferences, and budget. • Sales Engagement: Actively interact with walk-in customers, respond to inquiries via phone or email, and convert online leads into confirmed appointments to achieve and exceed sales goals. • Product Expertise: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the vehicles available for rental, company policies, insurance options, and additional services offered. • Reservation Handling: Manage reservations, accurately process rental agreements, and handle administrative tasks efficiently. • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional services, such as insurance coverage, vehicle protection plans, or bundles/packages, to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, follow up on their experiences, and address concerns promptly to ensure customer loyalty. What We’re Looking For: • 1–2 years of sales experience (preferably in automotive, telco, banking, insurance, retail or similar) • Comfortable with high-volume interactions and fast-paced changes • Strong objection handling and closing skills • Experience in telemarketing is a strong plus • Able to commit 6 months or longer
