Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in the insurance domain to bridge the gap between business and IT. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, improving processes, and ensuring successful delivery of IT solutions aligned with business goals and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities• Review product and functional specifications to identify system gaps and recommend process improvements • Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements • Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders to understand business needs • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and ensure proper walkthrough, review, and sign-off • Assess feasibility, risks, and benefits of proposed IT solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives • Ensure all changes comply with risk, governance, and regulatory standards • Define test scope, create test plans, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Document test results and ensure proper issue tracking and resolution • Develop user guides and conduct training sessions for end users on new systems or enhancements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field • 2–5 years of experience in business analysis and UAT, preferably in the insurance domain • Strong understanding of insurance operations and business processes (preferred) • Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management • Experience in planning and executing UAT cycles EA License Number: 23C2060 Registration ID is R22109715 Disclaimer: The company is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your information.
