Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in supporting public sector digital initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, enhancement, and evolution of analytics platforms, while bridging business needs with technical delivery. Why You’ll Love Work Here: • Up to $9,000 (Basic) • Hybrid Work Arrangements • Contribute to Government Projects Responsibilities: • Apply Design Thinking and Service Design methodologies to analyse current-state gaps and define effective future-state solutions. • Collaborate with project teams to develop user stories, functional and technical specifications, and clear acceptance criteria. • Assess and recommend technology solutions aligned with organisational strategies, including cloud adoption, enterprise architecture, and legacy system modernisation.
