Business Development Associate

Work Location: Buona Vista Work Hour: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm Salary: $16/hour Job Description • Handle business development activities and manage client relationships • Process Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) from clients • Develop and maintain cost estimates and pricing models for projects • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on project requirements • Plan and forecast resource capacity and staffing needs for upcoming projects • Track project expenses and maintain financial records • Prepare contracts and agreements with external collaborators • Generate reports and analyze business performance metrics • Maintain company website and social media presence • Support management with strategic planning and operational insights Requirements • Diploma in science or health-related field • Experience in clinical research or related industry preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Email resume to chiewjie@recruitlync.com or WhatsApp +65 87848422 (No calling, thanks!)
