About this role
Key Responsibilities: • Drive new business development by engaging with clients and building a strong sales pipeline • Work closely with clients to understand requirements and convert opportunities into successful deals • Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle, including proposals, SOW preparation, and invoicing as per LGCNS internal processes • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare delivery teams aligned with client requirements • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals to clients • Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and reduce manual effort across sales and operational activities • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication throughout the engagement Requirements: • Singapore Citizen • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related field from reputed universities (e.g., NUS, SMU, NTU or equivalent) • 2–5 years of prior experience in sales or business development • Strong client-facing and communication skills • Proven experience in creating business proposals, SOWs, and managing sales processes • Excellent presentation and PowerPoint (PPT) design skills • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and macros) • Exposure to using AI tools to enhance efficiency and automate tasks • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Preferred Skills: • Experience in IT services or consulting environment • Understanding of project delivery and staffing models
