Job DescriptionThe Business Development Intern will support the growth of EASE Jobs by assisting with market research, client engagement, and business development initiatives. This role provides exposure to client outreach, recruitment solutions, and commercial proposal preparation. We are looking for interns who can start in August for a minimum of 3 months Key Responsibilities• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities • Support outreach and engagement with prospective corporate clients • Assist in presenting job advertising and recruitment solutions to clients • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial materials • Maintain records of leads, outreach activities, and follow-ups • Coordinate internally to support client onboarding and implementation Job Requirements• Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently • Comfortable with research and data handling • Interest in business development, sales, or client engagement • Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment Why Join UsGain exposure to business development within a recruitment technology environment while working on a digital platform developed within HRnetGroup.
