About this role
The role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new clients, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting the company’s recruitment, manpower placement, HR consultancy, and work pass application services. Specific Responsibilities 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets. 2. Generate leads. 3. Pitch company services. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. 5. Understand client needs and propose suitable service solutions. 6. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts. 7.Provide insights to management for business strategy planning. 8. Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations. 9. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients. 10.Ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to clients. 11. Communicate client requirements clearly to internal stakeholders. 12. Represent the company at meetings, events, and industry networking sessions. 13. Build professional networks and generate referrals and partnerships. Technical Skills and Competencies 1.
