Attachment Description: The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and positioning the company’s products and services effectively in the market. The role involves conducting market and competitor analysis, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The Business Development Manager works closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions that meet client needs, while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role also requires maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, tracking performance using digital tools, and providing regular reports to management on business development activities, market insights, and sales outcomes. This role plays a critical part in expanding the company’s market presence, strengthening client partnerships, and achieving sustainable revenue growth. Specific Responsibilities: • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and untapped markets. • Analyse competitor strategies and pricing to position the company effectively. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring long-term partnerships. • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreement to potential clients. • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide regular updates to management. • Monitor sales performance using digital tools and adjust strategies as needed. • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on business development activities, challenges, and achievements.
