We are seeking a Business Development & Sales Consultant to drive growth, partnerships, and program enrollments for Innerwork Circle’s offerings, including our premium 5-figure signature transformational program designed for founders, leaders, and high-performing individuals. Mission of the RoleDrive revenue growth and expand the Innerwork Circle community by engaging and enrolling founders, entrepreneurs, and high-performing individuals into our transformational programs, experiences, and premium offerings. This role combines business development, consultative sales, and strategic partnerships to expand our reach among leaders and high-value communities. Client ProfileYou will primarily engage with individuals who are already successful in their professional lives and are seeking deeper personal growth. Typical clients include: • Founders and entrepreneurs • Business owners and senior leaders • Investors and high-net-worth individuals • High-performing professionals seeking personal mastery and leadership growth Successful candidates will be comfortable having high-trust conversations with experienced professionals and decision-makers. Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Client AcquisitionIdentify, engage, and acquire potential clients aligned with Innerwork Circle’s transformational offerings. Build relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, leaders, and high-performing individuals who are seeking deeper personal growth and life transformation. Conduct consultative enrollment conversations to understand client goals, life transitions, and leadership challenges, and guide them toward the most relevant programs. Sell across a range of offerings, including premium 5-figure transformational programs and immersive experiences. Build, manage, and optimize a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with marketing to strengthen outreach campaigns, landing pages, funnels, and lead-generation systems targeting high-value audiences. 2. Event & Program PromotionDrive registrations and program enrollments for flagship experiences including: • Movie Screening Events • Transformational workshops • Leadership and personal mastery programs Represent Innerwork Circle at founder communities, networking events, leadership gatherings, and curated experiences. Support info sessions, preview workshops, and small-group presentations that introduce potential clients to the Innerwork Circle philosophy and programs. Provide real-time feedback to marketing and leadership on messaging, positioning, and client insights. 3. Partnership DevelopmentIdentify partnership opportunities with: • Founder and entrepreneur communities • Business and leadership networks • Wellness and personal development communities • Private clubs and curated networking groups • Event collaborators and strategic partners Develop long-term partnerships that expand Innerwork Circle’s reach among leaders, entrepreneurs, and high-performing individuals. Negotiate partnership terms and support co-created events or campaigns. 4. Strategy, Reporting & GrowthTrack leads, outreach activities, conversions, and sales performance. Provide insights to improve client acquisition strategies, enrollment journeys, and program positioning. Collaborate with leadership to identify new revenue opportunities, strategic partnerships, and scalable growth initiatives. Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in business development, consultative sales, partnerships, or client acquisition. Experience selling high-ticket or 5-figure programs is a strong advantage. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with entrepreneurs, executives, and decision-makers. Comfortable conducting deep consultative conversations that explore personal goals, leadership challenges, and life transitions. Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple leads, events, and partnership opportunities. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tracking. Interest in personal transformation, leadership development, or experiential programs. PreferredBackground in: • High-ticket sales • Event sales or experiential marketing • Executive education or leadership programs • Coaching or personal development industries Understanding of concepts such as: • Personal mastery • Emotional intelligence • Human development • Transformational learning Comfortable running info sessions, preview workshops, or small-group presentations.
