As a Guru you will be accountable for: • Serving as the local subject matter expert in Salesforce CRM, assisting the sales team in maximizing efficiency in CRM usage, and ensuring data integrity for accounts, contacts, opportunities, and orders. • Being the local CRM business process owner and recommending changes for productivity gains, as well as qualifying data integrity and validating and submitting sales orders in NetSuite. • Reviewing regional sales performance reports, executing or coordinating local action items, and generating and sharing regular accounts receivable reports with the sales team to provide updates on cash collection progress. • Collecting market insights on new projects or industry updates, including collation of adverts in all media for new projects, monitoring industry event dates, and staying updated on industry news and trends. • Supporting the coordination of sales training sessions setup by the Sales Academy team, assisting in the distribution of sales documentation, and creating/updating/localizing sales training materials when required. We're looking for someone who: • 7 plus years of experience overall with process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and strong technical proficiency to support CRM system usage and process management. • 3 years plus experience in Salesforce CRM management, with the ability to provide guidance and support to the sales team on CRM usage and best practices. • Strong analytical skills to review and interpret sales performance reports, identify actionable insights, and execute local action items to drive sales performance. • Awareness of market dynamics and industry trends, with the ability to collect and analyze market insights to inform sales strategies and decision-making. • Previous experience in sales support or enablement roles, with a demonstrated ability to support sales teams in achieving their objectives and maximizing efficiency.
