About this role
Job Scope• Perform duties related to sector regulation work, such as conducting due diligence checks processing and reviewing applications/submissions by charities • Answer calls, attend to emails and provide technical assistance to charities who encountered issues related to applications and submissions in the Portal • Any other matters assigned. Requirements• Preferred if candidate has at least 1 year of relevant work experience in regulatory and technical support work but candidates with no experience can be considered. • Good written and oral communication skills. • Good interpersonal skills. • Able to work independently, exercise initiative, pay attention to details, be a good team player. • Basic knowledge of legal and accounting principles will be advantage. • Experience in customer support and familiar with MS CRM Dynamics 365 will be advantage. Contract duration: 3 months may be extended to 1 year, subjected to performance and client's prevailing needs Working Arrangement • Mon – Thu: 8.30am to 6.00pm / 9.00am to 6.30pm • Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm / 9.00 to 6.00pm Location: Hill Street Salary: $2,580 to $3,230 EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg.
