What You’ll Do • Portal Management: Submit corporate and insurance claims via our online portals. • Tech & Tools: Handle, merge, and organize digital documents using PDF tools. • Data Entry: Keep our CRM updated and clean. • Scheduling: Help coordinate calendars and internal meetings for the team. The Vibe Check • You know your way around PDF tools (splitting, merging, converting). • You're comfortable navigating online portals to submit paperwork/claims. • You're vibing with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). • Can commit to at least 12–16 hours a week (we are super flexible with your timetable).
