Business Support Intern, CEO Office

Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing & Communications · Assist in coordinating regional marketing campaigns and initiatives · Support creation of internal and external communications (e.g. announcements, emails, presentations, social media content) · Develop and enhance communication materials, including leadership presentations and storytelling assets · Support in the logistic for leadership visits, meetings, internal events, townhalls, and employee engagement activities · Provide support for external events, conferences, and executive engagements --- 2. Strategy & Business Support · Support the CEO Office in tracking strategic initiatives and regional priorities · Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for executive meetings and engagements · Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and business insights · Support cross-functional coordination on key regional projects · Provide general administrative and project support to the CEO Office · Assist with ad hoc tasks and high-impact cross-functional projects --- 3.
