About this role
Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into functional specifications, system workflows, and solution documents. Work with users, application teams, and technical teams to identify system gaps, process improvements, and enhancement opportunities. Support configuration, integration, testing, and implementation of enterprise IT systems and business applications. Prepare test scenarios, support UAT, review defects, and coordinate issue resolution with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams. Troubleshoot application or system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend practical technical or functional solutions. Maintain documentation for system processes, interface mappings, change requests, user guides, and operational support procedures. Support ongoing application maintenance, system upgrades, user queries, and continuous improvement of IT business systems.
