Senior Subject Matter Expert (Trade, CASA Payment, Lending)

Provide senior functional and technical SME support across Trade Finance, CASA, Payments, and Lending business systems. Work with business users, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse gaps, and define system enhancement needs. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, solution documents, process flows, system workflows, and interface requirements. Support system configuration, integration, testing, UAT, defect review, deployment, and post-implementation support activities. Analyse production issues, perform root-cause assessment, coordinate fixes, and support resolution with application and technical teams. Prepare and maintain documentation for business rules, system processes, change requests, test scenarios, interface mappings, and support procedures. Ensure delivered system changes meet business, operational, regulatory, and technical requirements while supporting continuous improvement of banking applications.
