Case Management Intern (Document Sorting, Scanning & Client Coordination)

OverviewThis role is the backbone of our application process. You are responsible for turning messy, incomplete client submissions into clean, structured, submission-ready documentation. It’s detail-heavy, repetitive at times, and unforgiving of mistakes. If you’re sloppy, this role will expose it quickly. What You’ll Be Responsible For1. Document Sorting & Organisation• Review and categorise client documents based on internal checklists • Ensure correct document types, formats, and completeness • Flag missing, inconsistent, or non-compliant documents • Maintain a structured digital filing system for every client 2. Scanning & File Preparation• Scan, rename, and organise documents to internal standards • Ensure clarity, legibility, and correct formatting of all files • Convert raw submissions into clean, submission-ready sets 3. Client Follow-Up & Coordination• Contact clients to request missing or corrected documents • Clearly explain document requirements and expectations • Follow up consistently to close document gaps • Handle basic client queries related to document submission 4. Quality Control• Cross-check documents before handover to the next stage • Ensure zero critical errors in documentation sets • Maintain strict adherence to internal SOPs and compliance standards What This Role Is (and Isn’t)• This is a detail-intensive, process-driven role • This is a coordination role that requires proactive follow-ups • This is not creative work or high-level advisory If you don’t like checklists, structure, or repetition, this will frustrate you.
