OverviewThis role sits at the front line of our advisory pipeline. Your job is simple in concept but execution-heavy: convert inbound and outbound leads into booked consultations, and ensure our advisory calendar runs at full, efficient capacity. What You’ll Be Responsible For1. Appointment Setting & Lead Conversion• Engage inbound leads (WhatsApp, calls, forms, social channels) • Conduct outbound follow-ups on warm and cold leads • Qualify prospects based on basic eligibility and intent • Clearly communicate the value of our advisory sessions • Secure confirmed, paid or committed bookings 2. Calendar & Booking Management• Manage and optimise advisor calendars daily • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments • Minimise no-shows through reminders and follow-ups • Ensure full utilisation of available advisory slots 3. Lead Handling & Tracking• Maintain accurate records in CRM • Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion outcomes • Prioritise high-intent leads and manage pipeline flow 4. Client Communication• Handle objections confidently (pricing, hesitation, timing) • Provide clear, concise information without overpromising • Maintain a professional, persuasive tone at all times What This Role Is (and Isn’t)• This is a performance-driven, target-based role • This is a high-volume communication role (calls + messaging daily) • This is not a passive admin or customer service position If you’re not comfortable initiating conversations, following up multiple times, or asking for commitment, this role won’t fit. What We’re Looking For• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills • Comfortable handling objections and closing conversations • Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline • Able to multitask across chats, calls, and systems • Detail-oriented with accurate data entry habits • Resilient, consistent, and target-driven Bonus:• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or appointment setting • Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling tools How You’ll Be Measured• Number of qualified appointments booked • Show-up rate for scheduled consultations • Conversion rate from lead → booked appointment • Speed and consistency of follow-ups Why This Role MattersEvery booked consultation is a potential client.
