Job Summary The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead FAMPOSO’s strategic growth, revenue generation, investor engagement, partnership development, and global expansion, collaborating with the Founder, Board, and international stakeholders to execute the company’s vision. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership • Execute FAMPOSO’s global growth strategy to expand market presence and business impact • Develop detailed business plans and initiatives to drive company expansion • Establish and nurture long-term strategic partnerships to support business objectives • Support capital raising and investment initiatives to secure funding and resources • Identify and drive new business opportunities across multiple sectors to diversify revenue streams Revenue & Business Development • Achieve targeted revenue growth and meet business development objectives • Build and grow sponsorship, membership, and partnership revenue channels • Expand networks with Family Offices, UHNWIs, and investors to increase engagement • Develop recurring revenue opportunities to ensure sustainable income • Forge strategic commercial partnerships to enhance market positioning and offerings Investor & Family Office Relations • Engage Family Offices, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Institutional Investors, and UHNWIs to foster collaboration • Facilitate investor introductions and lead strategic discussions to advance investment opportunities • Support investment initiatives across FAMPOSO’s platforms to maximize value creation • Develop and maintain international investment partnerships to broaden global reach Event & Ecosystem Leadership • Lead the growth and execution of key events including Family Office Conclaves, Private Capital Circle, Women Leadership Conference, Founder Leadership Conference, International Leadership Conference, and SPARK 2050 Global Ecosystem Team Leadership • Build, lead, and manage high-performing teams aligned with company goals • Implement KPI and reporting frameworks to monitor team and organizational performance • Drive operational excellence to optimize processes and outcomes • Develop leadership succession plans to ensure continuity and talent development Government & International Relations • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, trade associations, chambers of commerce, universities, sovereign entities, and investment institutions to support strategic objectives Required competencies and certifications • Legal eligibility to work in Singapore, including valid Singapore Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or Employment Pass / Work Pass • Willingness to travel internationally as required Preferred competencies and qualifications • Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in business development, investments, fundraising, private banking, family offices, consulting, or strategic partnerships • Proven track record engaging senior executives, investors, government agencies, and business leaders • Strong network within Singapore and international markets • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capability Other Information Location • Singapore (with international travel requirements) Compensation • Initial Freelance Engagement: SGD 10,000 per month • Upon confirmation: SGD 12,500 – SGD 15,000 per month • Performance incentives and leadership benefits based on business growth and revenue achievements • Potential participation in leadership incentive, profit-sharing, or employee ownership programs, subject to Board approval Career Progression • Initial 3-month freelance/contract engagement with potential conversion to permanent leadership role following successful performance review ---
