The successful candidate will play a key role in positioning FAMPOSO as a leading family office, investment, leadership, and cross-border business ecosystem. Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns. • Create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans. • Build lead-generation campaigns. • Increase brand visibility across international markets. • Support membership and event growth initiatives. Social Media ManagementManage and grow FAMPOSO's presence on: • LinkedIn • Facebook • Instagram • YouTube • TikTok • X (Twitter) • Other relevant platforms Responsibilities include: • Content planning • Content publishing • Audience engagement • Community management • Campaign reporting Content CreationDevelop: • Social media posts • Marketing campaigns • Event promotions • Investor engagement content • Family office content • Video concepts and scripts • Email marketing campaigns • Website content updates Lead Generation & Growth MarketingGenerate and nurture leads for: • Event registrations • Membership subscriptions • Sponsorship opportunities • Strategic partnerships • Investor engagement initiatives Digital AdvertisingManage: • LinkedIn Ads • Google Ads • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads • YouTube Campaigns Monitor: • ROI • Conversion rates • Cost per lead • Campaign performance Website & CRM Support• Coordinate website updates • Manage landing pages • Support SEO initiatives • Track marketing analytics • Improve lead conversion processes Event MarketingLead marketing efforts for: • Family Office Conclave • Private Capital Circle • Women Leadership Conference • SPARK 2050 • International Leadership Conference Responsibilities include: • Delegate acquisition • Speaker promotions • Sponsorship visibility • Media outreach • Partner engagement Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare: • Weekly marketing reports • Monthly performance dashboards • Social media analytics • Campaign ROI reports • Lead generation reports Preferred Qualifications• 2–8 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, growth marketing, branding, or communications. • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and B2B marketing. • Experience with event marketing and lead generation. • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, AI tools, or similar marketing platforms is an advantage. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. EligibilityApplicants must: • Be legally eligible to work in Singapore. • Hold Singapore Citizenship, Permanent Residency, Employment Pass, S Pass, Dependant Pass with LOC, or other valid work authorization. • Be able to communicate professionally in English.
