Job Description · We are seeking a dynamic Change Management Practitioner to drive and support organizational change initiatives. · The role focuses on enabling smooth transitions to target operating models by implementing structured change strategies, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring adoption across teams. · The ideal candidate will bring a balance of analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and execution capability. Key Responsibilities · Support the development and execution of change management initiatives to enable successful transition to the target state · Define and track metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change programs and recommend corrective actions · Work independently and contribute as a subject matter expert in change management practices · Actively participate in team discussions and provide practical solutions to work-related challenges · Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather insights, feedback, and alignment · Develop and maintain comprehensive change management plans aligned with project and business goals Monitor, evaluate, and report on the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of changes · Support stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to drive awareness and buy-in · Provide training, guidance, and support to teams to foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement Required Skills & Qualifications:: · Experience: Relevant experience in Change Management or Transformation initiatives · Core Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Change Management methodologies and frameworks · Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities · Ability to define metrics and interpret data to drive decisions · Stakeholder & Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different levels · Execution & Delivery: Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities · Experience in facilitating workshops and driving discussions Preferred Skills · Basic understanding of Journey Management Exposure to Design & Build Enablement practices · Familiarity with Stakeholder Management frameworks · Experience in organizational transformation, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives
