Salesforce Developer

Job Description ·      We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, and deployment.  ·      The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, functional consultants, and analysts to deliver scalable  ·      Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and provide maximum value to customers.  Key Responsibilities: ·       Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and analysts to deliver Salesforce-based solutions  ·      Analyze technical requirements and independently own development work items  ·      Propose alternative technical solutions based on experience and project needs Develop automation using Apex and custom UI using LWC, OmniScript, and Visualforce Customize Salesforce objects including object creation, fields, record types, and page layouts  ·      Follow technical governance standards and best practices for development ·       Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including technical specifications  ·      Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle from development to deployment Assist in bug fixing, issue resolution, and post-deployment support  ·      Identify technical risks proactively and propose mitigation plans  ·      Support CI/CD processes, release management, and system integrations  ·      where applicable  Required Skills & Qualifications: ·       Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory) ·       Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory)  ·      Strong experience in Apex classes, triggers, LWC, and Visualforce  ·      Good understanding of Salesforce configuration, deployment, and system architecture  ·      Knowledge of software development lifecycle and project lifecycle  ·      Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines  ·      Strong problem-solving and communication skills  Preferred Skills ·      Salesforce Platform Developer II certification OmniStudio ·       Developer certification JavaScript Developer I certification Salesforce Consultant  ·      Certifications Experience with CI/CD tools, release management, and integrations  ·      Knowledge or experience in Public Sector projects  ·      Exposure to Salesforce Omnistudio and advanced configurations
