About this role
Reporting to Principal Manager, this role supports change enablement and transition activities for Data and AI initiatives during the peak SSG–WSG merger period. What you will be working on You will support adoption and transition by: · Supporting change management activities related to Data and AI initiatives during the merger · Coordinating engagement sessions, briefings and clinics to support adoption of new Data and AI ways‑of‑working · Developing and coordinating communications and enablement materials (e.g. FAQs, guides, briefings) · Engaging stakeholders across legacy SSG and WSG teams to gather feedback and surface adoption challenges · Supporting follow‑up on adoption issues and readiness actions during the transition period · Consolidating engagement outcomes and feedback to inform refinements and handover to steady-state arrangements What we are looking for • Experience in change management, engagement, communications or programme support roles. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to engage diverse stakeholders and synthesise feedback. • Structured and detail‑oriented approach to coordination work. • Exposure to data, analytics or AI initiatives is an advantage.
