Working Hours / Location: • Better work life balance! • 4 Days Work, 2 Days Off • Day Shift: 5:30am to 3:30pm (1way transport) • Night Shift: 3pm to 1am (1way transport) • Location: Changi Airport Job Scope: • Assisting passengers and visitors with queries and directions • Sharing flight information and recommending airport dining & retail options • Responding to inquiries via calls, emails, chatbot, and social media • Handling on-site incidents and medical emergencies professionally • Supporting daily operations and taking on ad-hoc duties as needed Job Requirements: • Minimum GCE N Level with customer service or frontline experience • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Service-oriented and calm under pressure We regret to inform, only shortlisted candidates shall be contacted.
