Food Preparation & Cooking | 食品准备与烹饪Prepare and cook a variety of Western dishes according to the menu requirements, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts. 根据菜单要求,准备并烹饪各种西式菜肴,包括前菜、主菜和甜点等。 2. Ingredient Management | 食材与库存管理Manage ingredient usage and inventory efficiently to minimize waste and control food costs. 负责合理控制食材使用与库存,最大限度地减少浪费与成本。 3. Equipment Maintenance | 设备维护与保养Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper functioning of all kitchen equipment and tools. 保持厨房设备及工具的清洁与维护,确保其正常、安全运行。 4. Food Safety & Hygiene | 食品安全与卫生Comply with food safety and hygiene standards to ensure all dishes meet quality and sanitation requirements. 严格遵守食品安全与卫生标准,确保所有菜品符合质量与卫生要求。 5.
