Job Summary Join Achievers Dream as a Chemistry Teacher, where you will be trained through a proven 5-stage system and mentored by experienced educators. Teach JC students in group classes and lab sessions, focusing on deep understanding of Chemistry with strong support and minimal admin duties. Responsibilities • Deliver engaging group lessons to JC students that promote deep understanding of Chemistry concepts • Conduct hands-on lab sessions in the NEA-approved Chemistry Lab to reinforce theoretical learning • Apply the 5-stage Teacher Training System to develop effective teaching skills under mentor guidance • Provide clear, detailed student feedback and accurate marking to support student improvement • Collaborate with the support team to minimize administrative tasks and focus on teaching • Participate actively in mentorship and training sessions to continuously enhance teaching effectiveness • Demonstrate reliability and commitment by consistently preparing lessons and supporting student progress • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and curiosity • Work effectively within a team, offering assistance and cooperation when needed Preferred competencies and qualifications • Prior teaching or tutoring experience in Chemistry or related subjects • Passion for teaching and eagerness to grow as a Chemistry Specialist • Strong attention to detail in lesson preparation and student assessment • Ability to balance work commitments with personal well-being Other Information Work Schedule & Location • Locations: Bukit Timah, Lorong Chuan, Kembangan • Option 1: 4 weekdays (1:00pm–9:00pm) + 1 weekend (8:30am–6:30pm) • Option 2: 3 weekdays (1:00pm–9:00pm) + 2 weekends (8:30am–6:30pm) Application Process • Submit updated resume for competency test and interview • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
