Civil Engineer

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist the Project Manager & Construction Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising civil and structural works on site. • Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and construction documents to ensure compliance with project requirements. • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve site and technical issues. • Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, schedule, and quality standards. • Prepare and submit site reports, progress updates, inspection records, and other project documentation. • Ensure proper coordination between civil, structural, architectural, M&E, and other trade works. • Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. • Support material planning, delivery coordination, and site resource tracking. • Assist in reviewing subcontractor claims, variation works, and progress measurements where required. • Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and inspections with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. • Ensure compliance with company EHS policies, MOM/WSH requirements, and project safety standards. JOB REQUIREMENT • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction projects. • Experience in data centre, industrial, commercial, or large-scale building projects will bean advantage. • Good knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural construction works. • Able to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents. • Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.
