• Assess insurance claims using internal and vendor systems in line with policy terms. Communicate claims decisions clearly and respond to queries promptly. Manage workload to meet service level requirements. Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve customer-oriented outcomes. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality. Handle complex or appeal cases with appropriate stakeholder engagement. Build and maintain strong working relationships with intermediaries and clients.
