About this role
The Job: • Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner, with a specific focus on the researcher scheme • Involves handling research staff appointments and related HR matters, collaborating with academic and administrative stakeholders, and working closely with HR Centres ofExcellence (COEs) to execute key People Strategies. • Support HR Business Partners in HR operations, including recruitment, manpower planning, rewards strategies, performance management, and employee engagement • Collaborate with NTU’s Shared Services team in the timely appointment, re-appointment, promotion, and transfer of research staff • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for all employees The Requirements: • Degree with 2-4 years of experience in Human Resource • Excellent interpersonal skills in building rapport and trusting relationship with various stakeholders • Collaborative and is a strong team player who can drive optimal results • Proactive, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task effectively Interested applicants can send their detailed resumes to janelui@recruitexpress.com.sg or call JANE @ 6735 1955.
