Location: 85 Playfair Road, #07-01, Tong YuanIndustrial Building, Singapore 368000 Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary (6 months) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM About Us We are a well-established Japanese trading company based in Singapore, serving customers across various industries. We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Clerical Staff to support our operations team during a temporary manpower requirement period. Key Responsibilities: • Perform data entry accurately into the ERP system • Prepare and process sales, purchase, delivery, and shipping documents • Handle trade-related documents such as LC, BL, invoices, and other related paperwork • Coordinate and communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on documentation and order matters • Provide general clerical and administrative support as assigned Requirements: • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent • Prior experience in clerical / administrative / customer service / supplier-facing roles • Experience handling trade documents such as LC, BL, invoices, shipping documents preferred • Good communication and coordination skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with ERP/data entry systems • Able to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment • Immediate availability or short notice period preferred Why Join Us? • Friendly and professional working environment • Stable office hours (5-day work week) • Opportunity to gain experience in an established international trading company Qualified and interested candidates are welcome to apply.
