Client Experience Executive

We're Hiring: Client Experience Executive Tanglin Mall | 3-4 Days per Week Mother & Child Singapore Mother & Child is looking for a warm, organised and dependable Client Experience Executive to join our front desk team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with families, takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, and is looking for a meaningful long-term part-time position. What You'll Be Doing • Welcoming clients and families to the centre • Managing appointments, class bookings and payments • Responding to phone, email and WhatsApp enquiries • Supporting the smooth running of classes and consultations • Preparing consultation rooms and ensuring shared spaces remain tidy and welcoming • Assisting with administrative tasks and data entry • Working closely with our educators and healthcare professionals to provide an excellent client experience Work Schedule • 4 days per week • Some Saturday availability is required • Typical working hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm Who We're Looking For • Friendly, professional and people-oriented • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems • Reliable and willing to work collaboratively as part of a small team • Able to take initiative and help where needed during busy periods • Previous experience in customer service, administration, reception or healthcare settings is an advantage What We Offer • A supportive and family-friendly work environment • On-the-job training and mentorship • Flexible part-time arrangement • Opportunity to work alongside healthcare professionals and educators supporting mothers, babies and families To Apply Send your CV to admin@motherandchild.com.sg Subject line: Client Experience Executive Application – [Your Name] Note: This role requires a minimum commitment of 12 months.
