Client Service Officer (KYC) – Private Banking (6 months contract - convertible to perm) We are partnering with a reputable private bank to hire a Client Service Officer (CSO) to support KYC and client onboarding activities within the Private Banking team. Responsibilities • Support account opening and client onboarding documentation review • Perform KYC, CDD and AML checks in accordance with internal policies and MAS regulations • Liaise with Relationship Managers and clients on documentation follow-up • Ensure completeness and accuracy of client records and static data maintenance • Assist in periodic reviews, trigger events and remediation exercises • Coordinate with compliance and operations teams on onboarding matters Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business or related discipline • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant KYC / onboarding experience within private banking or financial institutions • Familiar with AML/KYC regulatory requirements and documentation standards • Detail-oriented with good communication and coordination skills • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage timelines effectively 23c1935 r1105492
