HR Generalist (1 year contract) Role Summary This role supports a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, expatriate administration, training, and HR business partnering. The position ensures accurate HR data management, supports local HR initiatives, and works closely with stakeholders to implement effective people practices while proactively resolving issues. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Manage end-to-end hiring support across permanent, contract, temporary, and internship roles. HR Business Partnering Partner with stakeholders to support workforce decisions, including performance management, talent development, retention initiatives, and employee engagement. Learning & Development Coordinate training programmes, including funding and documentation. Support onboarding and orientation, manage certification processes, and track programme effectiveness through evaluations and annual reviews. Expatriate Administration Handle employment pass applications and coordinate relocation logistics, including housing arrangements with external agents. Compensation & Benefits Work with payroll vendors to ensure accurate processing. Administer employee benefits, liaise with insurers, and support budgeting activities including salary and bonus projections. Compliance & Operations Maintain and review HR policies and ensure adherence to audit and regulatory requirements. Oversee office-related matters such as lease management and insurance renewals. General Support Assist with HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and provide ad-hoc operational support when required.
