Job Description: • Provide essential business support to Marketing and Client Services Managers • Coordinate and manage administrative workflows to keep operations running smoothly • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and internal coordination • Assist with preparation and submission of commercial and government (GOV) tenders • Work closely with team members across departments to support marketing activities • Conduct customer follow-ups and maintain accurate, up-to-date records • Track and update marketing reports to support decision-making • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns Requirements: • Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only (NO quota available for foreign workers) • Minimum Diploma or equivalent in any discipline • Friendly, service-oriented, and a strong team player • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong command of English (spoken and written) • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow • Work Location: Strictly office-based (NO remote work is allowed) • Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (with 1 hour lunch break) • Internship period: Immediate for a minimum period of 1 year
