Work location: Orchard Job Responsibilities: • Manage front desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and walk-in inquiries • Perform cashiering duties such as billing, payment collection (cash, card, and digital payments), and issuing receipts • Prepare and process invoices accurately, including insurance claims and relevant documentation • Maintain proper records of daily transactions, patient visits, and financial reports • Handle phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner • Assist in verifying patient details, updating medical records, and maintaining confidentiality • Support basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, stock checks, and inventory coordination Requirements: • At least 1 year experience as Clinic Assistant/Receptionist, experience in any clinic setting will be a strong advantage • Strong communication skills, passionate to interact with patients • Minimum O levels education qualification Interested candidates may whatsapp your resume to 8977 7062.
