Process Engineering Assistant (MNC Electronic Assembly)Job Description We are seeking a motivated Process Engineering Assistant to join a New Product Introduction (NPI) team in a leading MNC electronics manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, ensuring smooth transition of new products into production in accordance with established development standards. Key Responsibilities • Support the introduction of new products into the manufacturing facility in line with Common Product Development (CPD) processes • Work closely with Industrialization Process Engineers to optimise product and process design for manufacturability • Assist in developing and implementing manufacturing layouts, processes, and related documentation • Support execution of prototype and pilot build activities • Support SMT and backend manufacturing processes, including testing activities • Assist in programming Universal SMT equipment for prototype processing • Set up and calibrate equipment for prototype builds, including SPI, SMT, Reflow, Wave Soldering, and Routing processes Requirements • Diploma or ITE in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline • 2–3 years of experience in electronic manufacturing/assembly is an advantage • Good understanding of PCB design, SMT processes, test equipment, and machinery setup • Familiarity with IPC standards and PCB design guidelines preferred • Experience with CAMCAD tools is an added advantage Apply now and grow your career!
