Community Engagement Executive

Job Details Location: City Hall Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hour Work Type: 3+9 Month Contract Salary: Up to $ 4,500 per month What you will be working on? • Proactively engage with diverse community groups and grassroots organisations to build and strengthen partnerships and communication channels. • Foster collaborations with government agencies, community stakeholders, and private sector partners to support initiatives that promote social cohesion and community engagement. • Serve as the secretariat for community engagement platforms by coordinating programmes and activities that encourage cross-cultural understanding, including learning journeys and dialogue sessions. • Monitor and evaluate engagement strategies and initiatives, and recommend improvements to enhance their effectiveness and impact. • Coordinate community support and participation for national and community events, ensuring smooth planning and execution. • Provide administrative and secretariat support for coordinating committees, including meeting coordination, documentation, and stakeholder liaison. What are we looking for? • Singaporean only • Degree holder with at least 1 year of relevant experience • Willing to work on evenings, weekends and/or after office hours engagements with community leaders • Personal interest in building and strengthening community relationships.
