Job Summary Join the Bank as a Department Support Analyst to drive efficient departmental operations through event coordination, community outreach logistics, marketing support, and comprehensive administrative assistance. Responsibilities • Provide logistical and administrative support for large-scale fund-raising events and related meetings to ensure smooth execution. • Assist in event planning by estimating budgets and securing necessary internal approvals. • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely follow-ups after weekly meetings. • Deliver on-site support during events to facilitate seamless operations. • Prepare event materials, presentations, and detailed post-event reports to document outcomes. • Coordinate logistics and resources for community outreach events to promote programs such as financial literacy. • Manage volunteer coordination and support community engagement activities. • Track and report on the impact and effectiveness of community outreach initiatives. • Manage production and distribution of the quarterly e-Newsletter to maintain stakeholder engagement. • Support social media content management in collaboration with the Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging. • Maintain and update team webpages with accurate and current information on community outreach and events. • Perform general administrative duties to support efficient department functioning. • Process and track invoices, expenses, and procurement requests in compliance with internal policies. • Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure availability and proper operation. • Handle ad-hoc deliveries, including receiving and dispatching items to partners as needed. Required competencies and certifications • Diploma or Bachelor's degree. • Experience in administrative support within a corporate environment. • Proven ability to support event coordination and logistics. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preferred competencies and qualifications • Familiarity with community outreach or volunteer management activities.
