About this role
Job Responsibilities: • Support salary structure review, system implementation, and enhancement projects related to compensation and benefits, HR, leave, and benefits-related processes, including data validation, analysis, and documentation • Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation for leave, benefits, and HR system enhancements or process changes, including the preparation and verification of test data, workflows, and process configurations • Maintain documentation of test scenarios, testing results, issue logs, process flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to compensation and benefits initiatives • Identify, track, and follow up on system or process issues with internal stakeholders and external vendors • Coordinate with users and stakeholders to gather testing feedback, support issue resolution, and perform retesting where required • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within compensation and benefits operations Job Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field • IHRP certification will be an advantage • High attention to detail, with strong analytical, organisational and time-management skills • Possess good understanding of HR processes and employee benefits administration • Familiarity with HR systems, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) would be an advantage • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors would be an added advantage
