Compliance Intern

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in compliance within a regulated fund management environment? Our Licensed Fund Management Company, regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, is seeking a Compliance Intern to join our team and support key compliance functions. About Us Bright Point Capital Pte Ltd is a Registered Fund Management Company in Singapore regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). We are currently looking to expand our team for one of our funds, Theme International Trading. Theme International Trading is a Singapore collective investment fund that invests and trades in listed financial instruments to achieve high risk-adjusted returns. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct due diligence checks on counterparties - Request, review, and verify KYC documents in accordance with regulatory requirements - Assist in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) checks - Support ongoing monitoring and compliance reviews - Maintain compliance records and assist in regulatory reporting if required - Handle ad-hoc compliance requests and projects as needed What We’re Looking For: - Currently holding it pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field - Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail - Good understanding of compliance, AML/CFT regulations, and KYC procedures is a plus - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meeting deadlines What You’ll Gain: - Hands-on exposure to compliance processes in a regulated fund management company - Opportunity to work closely with compliance professionals, senior management and gain industry insights - Practical experience with due diligence, KYC, AML/CFT frameworks - A dynamic and collaborative work environment Benefits 1.
