About the companyA regional platform in a fast-scaling infrastructure sector is looking to appoint a senior legal and corporate governance professional to lead subsidiary governance, board support, and corporate compliance matters across Asia Pacific. The roleThis role will suit someone with strong company secretarial depth, a solid grounding in corporate legal matters, experience across complex group structures, and the ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Key responsibilities • Lead legal governance and corporate compliance matters for a portfolio of regional entities Oversee statutory filings, corporate records, and board support across jurisdictions Manage external service providers and ensure consistent execution across governance and secretariat matters Advise on company law, governance frameworks, board processes, and internal policies Review and prepare agendas, resolutions, board papers, and minutes Support restructurings, incorporations, financing-related matters, and other corporate projects from a legal and governance perspective Partner closely with internal stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Tax, and Treasury Lead a small team and drive process improvement across the function Requirements• 10+ years of relevant legal, company secretarial, and corporate governance experience • Strong experience supporting sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional structures • Proven ability to work effectively with senior management and boards • Strong grounding in company law, governance, and board processes • Team leadership experience • Strong drafting, judgement, and stakeholder management skills • Corporate / transactional exposure would be helpful • Comfort with process enhancement and digitalisation would be an advantage Interested applicants do reach out via email to claire@2nats.com (do not only apply through this job portal, TQ!)
