COSMO INTERNATIONAL FRAGRANCES (ASIA) PTE. LTD. is hiring for a Compounder internship — a 12-month, on-site Design role based in TUAS SOUTH DRIVE, Singapore. It is an unpaid internship. It is open to university students, typically in Year 2–4. Applicants with experience in Cleaning, Warehouse Operations, monitoring of equipment, keeping the store clean, and Material Handling are a strong fit.
About this role
· Clean and wash utility production containers · Support to general maintenance (cleaning) of warehouse and production areas · Disposal of any empty containers and trash material and any scrap i.e. broken pallets · Obtain a new pipette and sample vials · Process selected order by printing QC and finished goods labels · Sample contents and affix labels as needed · Ability to learn other duties such as pumping and crushing of drums · Weigh, label and pack products according to manufacturing orders · Ensure accuracy during dispensing and weighing. (Knowledge of raw materials will have an effect on quality) · Verify manufactured quantity against packaging quantity · Move products to designated áreas · Report any equipment malfunction · Compounding & mixing any formulas as required and assigned · According to specifications, performs the dispensing and/or weighting of raw materials for manufacturing orders of compounding fragrances as required · Ensure accuracy during dispensing and weighing. (Knowledge of raw materials Will have an effect on quality) · Responsible for quality control process · Perform handling of materials including hazardous materials · Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
