Key ResponsibilitiesCommunications & Content • Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations and internal communication materials • Update intranet content (Wealth Release Hub) using basic CMS/HTML editing • Support email communications (EDMs), including drafting, formatting, and simple graphics • Proofread materials for clarity, grammar, and compliance with internal standards Administrative Support • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for senior managers • Organize meeting setups, materials, and stakeholder coordination across teams • Support documentation, agendas, minutes, and tracking of action items Finance & Operations • Process invoices and expenses, including purchase requests and payment tracking • Maintain budget and expense trackers and ensure accurate reconciliation • Ensure compliance with internal procurement and governance procedures • Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business, Finance, or related field • Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) • Basic understanding of HTML/CMS and/or graphic editing is an advantage • Strong written and verbal English communication skills Interested candidates may apply through the application system.
