Construction Manager

Job Description • Responsible for on-site construction execution, managing and directing construction activities to ensure safe, timely completion within budget and quality standards. • Develop the project construction execution plan. • Based on the construction execution plan, develop detailed execution plans for each trade in coordination with the respective site supervisors. • Monitor construction progress and coordinate the sequencing of trades. • Participate in and chair trade progress meetings and interface coordination meetings. • Prepare construction execution progress reports. Requirements • Diploma in Engineering is mandatory • Minimum 15 years' construction management experience in international EPC projects, including proven experience managing construction of high‑tech facilities, power plant, petrochemical plant or other advanced manufacturing plants is must • Cross-cultural management experience in global EPC projects • Excellent communication, strategic decision-making, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
