• Up to $12,000 Basic + bonus! • Participating in new LTA project [Viaduct and Station] at Bukit Batok • Having experience in LTA project [Viaduct and Station] is mandatory. • Permanent role/ 5 workdays/ West area • MNCs & leading A1 main contractor Job Description: Responsibilities: • Project Planning & Execution:Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Oversee day-to-day operations, including manpower allocation, construction progress monitoring, scheduling, and cost control. • Risk Management & Issue Resolution:Proactively address project challenges, such as delays, emergencies, and site issues. Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and developers to resolve issues and ensure compliance. • Resource Optimization:Optimize resource utilization through effective manpower planning, work scheduling, and cost management. Control expenses related to materials, labor, and machinery for both new and ongoing projects. • Quality & Safety Assurance:Implement safe and efficient construction methodologies. Enforce project standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. • Other:Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements: • Degree in Civil Engineering and/or relevant field • experience in LTA project [Viaduct and Station] is mandatory.
