Position SummaryThe Technical Training Assistant will support the development and administration of technical training programmes for ACMV and Facilities Management operations. The role focuses on preparing training materials, maintaining training records, creating simple training videos, and coordinating training activities to support technician competency development. Employment TypeContract (3 to 6 Months) Key Responsibilities1. Training Material Development • Assist in preparing ACMV-related training materials, including presentations, handouts, checklists, work instructions, and reference documents. • Convert technical information into simple and easy-to-understand training content. • Support the development and organization of training materials for equipment such as AHU, FCU, MV fans, pumps, valves, filters, sensors, and basic BMS systems. • Maintain and standardize training templates, attendance records, assessment forms, and competency checklists. 2. Video and Visual Content Support • Assist in recording and editing basic training videos and site demonstration clips. • Create simple visual guides and step-by-step work instructions. • Support video editing, captioning, formatting, and file management. • Work with supervisors and technicians to document maintenance procedures, safety practices, and proper work methods. 3. Training Records Administration • Maintain and update training attendance records and competency assessment results. • Monitor training completion status and maintain training databases. • Assist in preparing training progress reports, summaries, and dashboards. • Ensure proper filing and organization of training records and supporting documents. 4. Training Coordination • Assist in scheduling training sessions and coordinating with trainers, supervisors, and technicians. • Prepare training materials and documentation before training sessions. • Support attendance taking, feedback collection, and post-training administration. • Follow up on outstanding training requirements and completion status. 5. Administrative Support • Organize and maintain training files, photos, videos, and learning resources. • Assist with data entry and document control related to training activities. • Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor. Requirements• Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Multimedia, or a related discipline. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, video editing software, or similar tools will be an advantage. • Good organizational and communication skills. • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Interest in technical training, learning development, or facilities maintenance is preferred.
