Job Title: Consultant Job Summary We are seeking a Consultant to provide support for applications KeyResponsibilities • Provide L2 production support for CashManagement and International Payment applications • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolveproduction incidents within SLA timelines. • Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes through problem management processes. • Coordinate with regional and global teams for issue resolution and releases. • Support application releases, change management, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities and ITSecurity activities e.g. health checks after security patches.. • Monitor application health, perform preventive maintenance, and implement proactive measures to improve system stability. • Maintain operational documentation, contribute to knowledge sharing, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. JobRequirements • Must have Bachelor's degree in InformationTechnology, or a related discipline. • Must have 10 – 13 years of experience inapplication support. Overall not more than 13 years of experience. • Strong experience in Application ProductionSupport within banking or financial services environments. • Must have L2 Support Production Supportexperience • Hands-on expertise in JAVA/J2EE, Oracle PL/SQL,Unix/Linux, and application troubleshooting. • Experience with WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss, IBMMQ, Mainframe technologies, and ServiceNow. • Experience in International Payments and CashManagement systems. local clearing systems, and accounting concepts aremandatory • Ability to independently troubleshoot andresolve complex production issues is required • Working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem,and Change Management processes. • Excellent analytical, communication,stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to workindependently and support weekend/holiday activities when required.
