What You'll Be Doing • Responding to member enquiries via email under our managed Healthcare solutions. • Providing excellent customer service in a professional and timely manner. • Performing data entry tasks as required. • Assisting with any other ad-hoc duties assigned. What We Are Looking for • Prior experience will be preferred but not necessary. • Interest in understanding the landscape of managed Healthcare solutions. • Able to commence work within a short notice.
