Content Manager on Demand

✅ Key Responsibilities • Manage Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) hardware, software, reports, and users • Support EOSA report offloading and mainframe re platform onboarding (CASA, ATM, CPF, Cards, etc.) • Automate repeated tasks using scripts • Manage hardware: object server workstations, library devices, backup/archive storage, client workstations, terminals, printers, network equipment • Install, configure & maintain CMOD and related software • Monitor and maintain DB, cache storage, archive storage • Automate DB and storage housekeeping activities • Define report indexing, storage sets, storage nodes, printers, bundling workflows • Create and maintain application groups, applications, folders, indexes • Define CMOD groups and users • Automate report loading processes using Shell/Python • Manage backup, recovery, and tuning of CMOD systems • Resolve CMOD upstream/downstream server, network, or application issues • Handle CMOD SRs and production incidents • Perform system analysis, create solutions, recommend process improvements • Collaborate effectively to meet team deliverables ✅ Technical Competencies • CMOD, ODF, ERM, ODWEK, CMOD indexing • Shell, Java, PowerShell, NodeJS, Angular/React, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Python • Databases: Oracle, DB2, MariaDB, MySQL • RESTful APIs • Tools: GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, Nexus, SonarQube, Bitbucket
